Yes — animation is the core of Coach Board. You set the starting positions, drag out each player's run and the ball's path, and press play. It works for match tactics, set pieces like corners and free kicks, and training drills such as rondos or pressing exercises.
Which formations does it support?
Any formation. Players are free-form on the pitch, so you can set up a 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, 3-5-2 or anything in between, save it as a line-up, and reuse it across boards and sessions.
